Venus, our upcoming fragrance, is a celebration of femininity.
Designed to evoke feelings of warmth, beauty, and mystery, Venus invites the wearer to connect with their feminine energy and embrace their sensual side, their vulnerabilities, strengths and magnetic nature.
Venus, is the second planet from the Sun, and is considered the planet of love, beauty, and pleasure. It is associated with feminine energy and represents women, relationships, art, creativity, and luxury.
Inspired by the planet Venus, the fragrance embodies the diverse and nuanced aspects of femininity and just as Venus, the planet, represents love, beauty, and pleasure, Venus the fragrance encapsulates these qualities.
The planet is named after the Roman/ Greek goddess of love and beauty and is the only solar system planet named after a female.
I designed Venus to embody these feminine characteristics and just as femininity is nuanced and diverse Venus is a nuance fragrance where u get a hint of this and a touch of that rather than a blast of any one thing because Venus is embodied by delicate touches of many things and the fragrance was intentionally developed with this in mind.
Venus is not a fragrance that overwhelms with any one particular note but rather is a nuanced blend of various notes and elements which form the cohesive essence of femininity.
It's a fragrance which attunes itself to your unique skin chemistry and has been designed to be a scent which you wear (instead of being a fragrance which wears you!) It celebrates the diverse aspects of femininity, acknowledging it's multi dimensional facets and characteristics. In the similar way that femininity is multi-dimensional, Venus the fragrance offers a multi-dimensional olfactory experience.

Venus began with an accord called the Venus/ Femininity accord!
I expand on what an accord is in my video but a quick description is:
"Borrowing from musical terminology, accord in perfumery means a combination of several ingredients that become more than the sum of their parts; they acquire a distinctive character. When the accord is added into a fragrance formula, it lends the finished composition its distinctive character."
The Venus accord is a fantasy accord I created which was solidified into a perfume base which formed the foundation for Venus the EDP.
This accord consisted of notes of citrus bergamot in the opening and features a sweet vanilla cakey cream note, with nuances of tonka, cocoa and almond creating a decadent and luxurious aroma.
It has a decadent luxurious woody amber base which adds depth and richness. Flushed through the heart of the accord is a transparent sparkling Hedione which adds a vibrancy and lift. The sweet and sensual powdery musks completes the accord enhancing its overall sensuality and femininity.
This was the skeletal character of Venus and these notes influenced the initial stages of composition of the song Venus, texturally, melodically, structurally and lyrically.

It’s nurturing, it’s intuitive magnetic, sensual, beautiful and open to receiving and reciprocation as well as giving.
She represents warmth, beauty, layers, mystery.
The fragrance is a Powdery gourmand floral ambery vanilla musk with a bergamot opening.

The meaning behind these wondrous notes are as follows:
The Italian Bergamot opening is revitalizing, bright and zesty with the pink pepper spice and creamy coconut representing an alluring synergy of sophistication, confidence and enigmatic energy that is instantly magnetizing.
The sweet floral accord, Turkish rose and jasmine represents delicacy and feminine essence which is quietly seductive, mysterious and sensual along with the cherry almond and whip vanilla cream facets which also represent the edible indulgence and delectable deliciousness of Venus.
The powdery musks and ambrette notes represent the nurturing facets of femininity and a skin like humility, the touch of ambroxan (a synthetic form of ambergris) also offers this nuance of salty skin adding to the spiritual essence of animal and maternal instinct. The powders also lend itself to the timeless ritual of the powdering of one’s nose. The self pampering act of lavatory refreshment a lady pridefully undertakes is the sheer embodiment and pure essence of femininity
The woody amber, Cacao and Labdanum are the base notes which represent the grounded and intuitive character of Venus exuding opulence stability, strength and warmth.
VENUS begins with a burst of zesty Italian Bergamot and a spicy kick of Pink pepper, accompanied by a creamy touch of coconut that adds a luxurious sensation to the opening. The scent deepens as it unfolds into the heart of the fragrance. Sweet floral notes are enriched by the delicate essence of Jasmine, lending an elegant and feminine allure. This harmonious blend is enveloped in a luxurious Chantilly cream providing a truly indulgent experience.
There is a delightful nuance of Maraschino Cherry, marzipan and sweet almond which softly transitions into a delightful dry down.
The base notes of Vintage Vanilla woody ambers, Turkish rose and powdery musks add depth and richness to the fragrance, while the resinous Labdanum and Cacao leaves a lingering warmth and comforting aroma on the skin.
